Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vishu Solutions LLC, an Illinois-registered limited liability company with a confirmed Employer Identification Number (EIN). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Vishu Solutions LLC is registered in the State of Illinois. Our services are provided from Chicago, Illinois. All transactions are subject to Illinois law.
2. Services Offered
Vishu Solution provides: (a) Real estate consulting, acquisition assistance, and wholesaling; (b) AI tools and automation systems sold as one-time digital purchases; (c) Virtual assistant services billed on an hourly basis; (d) Bar and service technology systems (one-time setup and/or subscription); (e) Investment strategy consulting for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our services constitutes professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Marketplace & Digital Products
All AI tools, digital builds, templates, and related products listed on our marketplace are digital goods delivered electronically. Prices are displayed in USD. Full payment is required before access or delivery is granted. All digital product sales are final. See our Refund Policy for exceptions. Vishu Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify product pricing at any time. Current pricing is as displayed at time of purchase.
4. Subscription Services
Certain services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. In compliance with the Illinois Automatic Contract Renewal Act (815 ILCS 601), we will: (a) Clearly disclose subscription terms, including price and renewal period, before enrollment; (b) Provide advance written notice before any auto-renewal; (c) Provide a simple cancellation mechanism. You may cancel any subscription at any time by emailing vishu@vishusolution.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless otherwise stated.
5. Virtual Assistant Services
VA services are billed at the hourly rate agreed upon at engagement. Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all hours completed prior to termination. Deposits for VA matching services are non-refundable once the matching process has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Illinois Sales Tax
Vishu Solutions LLC complies with Illinois Department of Revenue requirements. Digital goods and services sold to Illinois residents may be subject to applicable state and local sales tax, which will be added to your invoice where required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, software, designs, and materials provided by Vishu Solution are the proprietary property of Vishu Solutions LLC or its licensors. Purchased tools are licensed for your internal business use only. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or reverse engineering of any purchased product is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (c) resell or redistribute purchased digital products; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (e) engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Vishu Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
