Overview
This policy applies to all purchases and service engagements with Vishu Solutions LLC, an Illinois-registered limited liability company. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & AI Tools
All sales of digital products, including AI tools, automation templates, and software systems, are final and non-refundable. This is due to the immediate delivery and non-recoverable nature of digital goods. Exception: If a purchased product was not delivered, cannot be accessed, or is fundamentally non-functional as described, please contact vishu@vishusolution.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and resolve at our discretion, which may include re-delivery, technical support, or a refund.
2. Custom AI Builds & Development
Custom build engagements require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the agreed project fee) to initiate work. This deposit covers scoping, planning, and initial development resources. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery. If Vishu Solutions LLC is unable to deliver a completed build as specified in the written project agreement due to our inability to perform, the remaining balance (not yet paid) will not be charged. Refunds of the deposit are not provided once work has commenced.
3. Virtual Assistant Services
Hourly VA services: Billed for all hours worked and logged. No refund for completed hours. Cancellation: Either party may terminate VA services with 7 days written notice to vishu@vishusolution.com. VA matching/onboarding fee: Non-refundable once the matching and introductory process has begun, as this covers our team's time and resources.
4. Bar & Service Technology Systems
One-time system setup and deployment fees are non-refundable after the system has been deployed and access granted. If a system fails to function as described within 14 calendar days of deployment, we will troubleshoot and resolve the issue at no additional charge. This service guarantee does not apply to issues caused by client-side configuration changes, incompatible third-party tools, or operator error.
5. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting vishu@vishusolution.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur. Refunds are not issued for the current or past billing periods. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by Illinois law.
6. Investment Consulting Sessions
Consulting fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or dispute a charge, email vishu@vishusolution.com with your name, purchase date, product or service purchased, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all transaction records to your financial institution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
