Who we are
Vishu Solutions LLC is a Chicago holding company that runs two operating businesses under one roof. One builds software for small business owners. The other buys, sells, and manages property across Chicagoland. Both sides are run by the same people, out of Chicago, which is the whole point: every tool is built and tested on a real operating business before anyone else uses it.
What the AI side does
Vishu AI Builds makes small, custom tools that take one repetitive job off an owner's plate: a staff accountability checklist, a restaurant shift dashboard, a broker pipeline view. Everything ships with a person still in the loop on anything that matters, so the AI speeds the work up without being trusted blindly. Most builds go live in weeks. Vishu Realty works both halves of the market. Commercial: retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use across Chicago, which we buy, sell, and hold ourselves. How the two halves work together
The automation team builds the systems the real estate team runs on: pipeline dashboards, deal tracking, listing and lead tools. Every tool is tested on a real operating business before it is offered to a client. Work with one side and you get one point of contact for both.
